Grilled Chicken Breast, Prosciutto, & Avocado Sandwich

Grilled boneless chicken breast, stacked with Gruyére cheese, prosciutto, arugula, and avocado

Ingredients

makes 1 sandwich

  • One sliced prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons chile and garlic aioli
  • One piece focaccia bread, split horizontally
  • 4 ounces grilled skinless boneless chicken breast, bias-sliced
  • 1/4 of an avocado sliced
  • 5 leaves arugula
  • Two slices Gruyére cheese

Cooking Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the prosciutto on a baking pan; Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until crispy.
  2. Spread the aioli on the cut surfaces of the bread. Place the chicken on one break piece, then add the avocado, prosciutto, arugula, and the cheese. Place the other half of the bread on top and serve
