Citrus Glazed Ham

Smoked ham covered in a wonderful citrus glaze and roasted to perfection

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup chicken stock
  • 1 Cup pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 5lb smoked ham
  • 15 Cloves

Cooking Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. For glaze, in a small saucepan stir together chicken stock, pineapple juice, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve brown sugar. Remove from heat.
  2. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Spike ham with cloves; pour glaze over ham. Roast ham for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 155°F, basting every 15 minutes.
