Citrus Glazed Ham
Smoked ham covered in a wonderful citrus glaze and roasted to perfection
Ingredients
- 2 Cup chicken stock
- 1 Cup pineapple juice
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 5lb smoked ham
- 15 Cloves
Cooking Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F. For glaze, in a small saucepan stir together chicken stock, pineapple juice, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve brown sugar. Remove from heat.
- Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Spike ham with cloves; pour glaze over ham. Roast ham for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 155°F, basting every 15 minutes.
