Shrimp & Pasta Salad
A quick and simple pasta salad kicked up with shrimp and bell pepper
Ingredients
- 1 lb dried spaghetti pasta
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell peppeer, choped
- 1/2 Cup chopped onion
- 1 16-oz bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Salad Supreme seasoning
Cooking Steps
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, adding shrimp the last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Run cold water over the pasta and shrimp to cool; drain again.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, shrimp, all the peppers, and onion. Add salad dressing and salad seasoning. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
