Pineapple Infusion
A delicious beverage of fresh pineapple infused with vanilla syrup, and belvedere vodka
Ingredients
2 pineapples peeled and sliced
1 Gallon lemonade glass jar
2 qt btls belvedere vodka
1 Cup vanilla syrup
3 sprigs mint
Cooking Steps
- Peel and slice pineapples and add to jar. Pour vodka over top, and then add the other half of pineapples.
- Add Vanilla syrup, stir and let sit for 2-3 days.
- Before serving, for garnish, add some mint to the jar.
- Then place ice into a shaker, add infusion mixture to the shaker, shake well then add to the martini glass and serve.
