Meat Lovers Meatloaf
This meat-packed meatloaf dish is perfect for large families or anyone who is hoping to have some left overs
Ingredients

- 8 ounces ground beef
- 8 ounces ground veal
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt seasoning
- Salt
- Blackpepper
- Bottle barbecue sauce
Cooking Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl combine meat, bread crumbs, bell pepper, eggs, parsley, is the garlic, shallots, garlic powder. Season with salt seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well. Lightly pat mixture into 8 x 4 x 2" loaf pan.
- Bake for one 1 1/4 hours or until done (160°F). Spoon off that. Spoon barbecue sauce meat. Bake for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
- The internal Color of a meatloaf is not a reliable doneness indicator. A beef, veal, or pork loaf cooked to 160°F is safe, regardless of color. To measure the doneness of a meatloaf, insert an instant-read thermometer into the center of the loaf.
